Submit your refund request

Use our form to submit your refund request. You have two options when requesting a refund:

Visa Refusal: Submit your request within 14 days of the date of notification by the Consular Authorities. Make sure to include all pages of the visa refusal document for each insured person and the insurance certificate.

14-Day Withdrawal Period: Request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued directly to the bank card used for the original payment, ensuring a secure and straightforward process. No additional fees will be applied to the transaction. The time frame for receiving your refund may vary between 3 and 15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. We appreciate your patience during this period and recommend checking with your bank for further details if any delays occur.
