What's your insurer covers and what they don't

Travel insurance primarily covers medical emergencies and emergency repatriation outside the Insured's country of residence. Our Insurers manage critical situations worldwide. Unlike health insurance, which covers routine care and communicates through approved networks of health care providers (hospitals, etc.) in a given country, travel insurance must respond immediately to a situation and therefore must deal with your location and the availability of emergency services to act as quickly as possible. Please follow insurer's guidance and check the insurance terms and conditions.
