Important: Date changes must be requested before your policy has started. Once the coverage period has begun, the dates can no longer be modified. (You can still extend the contract, but the departure date can't be change).
Reminder: The effective date of your travel insurance must begin on the day of your departure and end on the day of your return to your country of residence. This is to avoid any disputes in the event of a claim, and to cover your entire trip.
